Dark brown color with a thick beige head with decent retention.
Aroma with predominant notes of dark chocolate, some licorice and mint.
Flavor with notes of chocolate, homemade coffee, citrusy hops, a bit of green resin and spices. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light towards medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Very pleasant American Stout with good complexity and balance given decent quantity of hops.
