Yellow amber color with a thin head with decent retention.
Aroma with predominant notes of pineapple juice, apples, ginger and lemongrass.
Unusual flavor also predominant with notes of pineapple juice, ginger, malt sweetness, muffled mango and pine. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light body with mild carbonation.
Ginger, although not overwhelming, it came up very upfront shadowing the other flavors on this APA.
