Copper color with a thin head with short retention.
Aroma with notes of mild pine, apple and caramel malt.
Flavor with notes of toasted malts, apples, some pine, distant toffee and minerals. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Irish Red Ale with toasted, minerals and mildly tangy hop notes.
