Pour: This is one of the best pours I've ever seen. A beautiful cranberry color with a finger-length pink head to match.

Smell: Very strong sour berry aroma

Taste: A complete blast to the tastebuds. Strongly fruity while both sour and sweet. Slight hints of creaminess. Slight saltiness.

Overall: This beer was an experience that left me saying "wow" after each sip. 5/5

A: The beer is a little cloudy and very dark purple in color. It poured with a quarter finger high dark pink head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass after it died down.
S: Moderate aromas of berries and marshmallows are present in the nose.
T: The taste is slightly sour with lots of flavors of berries and finishes with some hints of sweetness from the marshmallow and milk sugar.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and somewhat smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. Some hints of tartness from the fruit peek through in the mouthfeel.
O: I found the taste of this beer to be rather complex as you could get flavors of all three types of berries (blackberry, blueberry and raspberries) along with the marshmallows and milk sugar. This would make for a nice dessert beer and is definitely a lot easier to drink compared to something like a heavier bodied stout.
