“Year 2066. 821 days into a 10-year exploration mission to the far reaches of the universe aboard their ship "Traveler", a small four- person crew approached their targeted event horizon under full power. Everything went silent. The crew altered into a paralyzed state from an unimaginably strong gravitational pull. Forces beyond comprehension were now in control of the ship. A necessary tribulation to ensure their story would continue. And this was only the beginning...”

Chapter One in our Traveler Series kicks off with Event Horizon, an awesome pairing of Citra and Galaxy. Tropical juicy hop oils weave through a soft and smooth mouthfeel. Follow the journey of Traveler on the site of the can. :)

A: Pours a milky murky bright orange in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + peach + apricot + pale orange colored highlights. The beer has a four finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of very thick film covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/orange + tropical/mango + tropical/pineapple + tropical/passionfruit hops over the top of just shy of moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + wheat + oat malts with moderate amounts of sugary sweetness.

T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + wheat + oat malts with moderate amounts of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/orange + tropical/mango + tropical/pineapple + tropical/passionfruit hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving moderate lingering citrus + tropical hop flavors.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasantly creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel and just the slightest amount of hop burn. Really enjoyable tropical + citrus hop flavors and aromas.

Tall can....with "4/6/21" dating stamped on the bottom.

Pours out fully hazed and juiced up, all sorts of froth, lacing and sheeting left on the glass....nice looking brew.

Earthy n fruity sniff...pungent and inviting.

Delicious creation, thick and rich on the tongue and in the mouth.

Complex and full flavor NEIPA/DIPA, ripe stone fruits abounding with mango coming to mind, also strawberry, kiwi, pineapple and a late dry and balancing hop note and a hint of smoke...well done and well worth seeking out.
