From the bottom of the can: "03/23/22 10:43 NEVER STOP LOOKING UP"
Appearance: It has an opaque orange body that looks bright in the glass. There is a short creamy textured head with an off-white appearance. Good retention and some sparse splotches of lacing.
Aroma: CO2 burn on the nose immediately. It smells like souring cherries and tangerines.
Taste: It starts out with this very sour peach and tangerine flavor. It has a bit of a sour prune flavor towards the middle with a sugary character. It finishes with a tropical fruit drink flavor. It tastes a bit like tropicana tropical fruit juice with a touch of prune juice. It is interesting.
Mouthfeel: It has a medium-light body that is a tad slick. Carbonation is good. Mild tartness and no bitterness.
Overall: The label says that this is a "sour ale with passion fruit, orange, pineapple, coconut and milk sugar." It tastes a lot like a tropical fruit drink but it is difficult to pick out any specific flavors. The coconut doesn't seem to be in the beer at all. As a whole it is pretty good and would make a good beer to drink by a pool or as a replacement for a mimosa. I probably wouldn't buy it again but I wouldn't have a problem drinking it again. It's worth recommending if you enjoy drinks like tropicana tropical fruit or something similar, but I would recommend trying a single can or pour before buying a 4-pack or growler.

Bright, fruity, creamy and built for day drinking, this brunchy beer is worth leaving the house for. Skygazer brewers roll the flavors of passionfruit, pineapple, coconut, orange and milk sugars into their famous sour ale for a reason to get social for brunch.
The Brunchy Colada version of Watercolors pours with a creamy peach, light mauve hue with a dense and foggy visual texture. Momentarily floating a creamy tarnish seafoam, the beer's perfume is a musty peach, tropical, citrus and cream candy character in true colada form. Sweet on the tongue, the dense and bready sugars read pastry-like with sweet cream, taffy and simple sugars.
As the ale crosses middle palate, it's all about the fruit. Tropical passionfruit and pineapple seem peach-like with hint of apricot. Bold orange flavors carry the intensity of mandarin, valencia and blood orange varieties. All wrapped in a vanilla-like coconut softness and the ale trails into a smooth, tangy and vibrant creamy fruit cocktail of a beer.
Quite full for sour ale, the beer's bold fruitiness and roundness of coconut and vanilla gives the mouthfeel a heftier texture with a plush cereal finish. An after palate of bellini, burlap and sourdough is enough to drive this brunch home.
