Cloudy light orange in color. Not much head created and obviously no lacing. Slight lime on nose. Taste was fairly weak. Somewhat lime and sweet. Not horrible.

16oz can. Bottom stamp is 'N 5 S 11:15:19'.
Murky and opaque for clarity, with a deep gold colored body. Brief appearance of a tinted white head but this disappears. No lacing.
Aroma of peach, tangerine, and lime, with a touch of pineapple.
Taste is tart, and a little sweet, with fruit flavors of peach, tangerine, and lime. Also some pineapple and lactose. Short lived aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Somewhat of a tooth scraper, with a dry finish. Good carbonation.
Refreshing to drink, with tropical and citrus flavors that seem to avoid artificiality.

Fruity, tart, bright and creamy, Skygazer paints a margarita picture on the tastebuds.

Their Cadillac Margarita version of Watercolors highlights the glass with a bright golden straw and laced with a hazy glow. Its racy scent of citrus brings about a jaw-tightening character of lime, tropical fruit and sweet cream. The taste picks up from there with a cereal sweetness, agave and a hint of shortcake. As the fruit flavors garner strength, the middle palate shifts to more tropical flavors of peach and pineapple along with the natural tartness of green apple, lemon and gooseberry. A sweet and sour interplay defines the finish while the fruit flavors take on margarita and bellini propoertions.

Fuller for sour ale but refreshing overall, Cadillac Mountain is a creamy, smooth and zesty smoothie ale with a surgery tart aftertaste.
