Bottom of can is stamped 9/8/2023, so I'm going to assume this was canned on the same date this year. Also, I'm not going to make a new entry or anything, but the real name of this beer is Oksoberfest, which is pretty much perfect for an NA marzen. Anyway...
Looks every bit the part of a marzen - perhaps the slightest shade lighter than most. Head thins out pretty quick but leaves more lace than most. So I guess that evens out. Smells only slightly worty; malt leads the way, though, with a pleasant caramel note half-buried in there, too. Smells pretty fricken good. Taste follows; bready, malty, a little sweet, a little pretzel-ish (could just be me) with a bit more hop bitterness than I'm used to from the style. It doesn't linger or burn, though, and thus doesn't really bother me. Really damn tasty, though a little worty as it warms. Mouthfeel leans toward medium-bodied though it doesn't quite get there. Lighter carbonation suits matters just fine. I like this quite a bit and I reckon it would make anyone's Sober October an absolute breeze.

Pours clear, brownis gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is dark bread, crust, and a touch of hops. Sweet with a slightly bitter aftertaste, light bodied, moderate carbonation. A bit more bitter than most but still a good Oktoberfest. Will crush the 12 pack.
