The Berliner Weisse is a light and refreshingly tart beer, once referred to as “The Champagne of the North” by Napoleon. Our version of this unfiltered beer contains a combination of Kolsch yeast and Lactobacillus culture to provide a pale malty body balanced with a light acidic tartness. It’s highly carbonated and pairs perfectly with hot summer days and spending time with friends in your favorite local taproom.
