Autumn Arch Beer Project

In an effort to raise awareness and provide a small relief to those impacted by COVID19 (especially those who rely on social gatherings to make a living), @otherhalfnyc published this beer recipe and label for all craft breweries to whip up in their own communities.

We put our own spin on this beer using a new yeast strain - Imperial Yeast’s Kveiking (a blend of 3 Kveik strains), which contributes an enormous amount of pineapple and guava aroma to the beer. Combining this yeast strain with a substantial dry hopping of Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe hops, Autumn Arch’s All Together brings a juicy bitterness with accentuating tropical aroma. Keeping this beer as local as possible, we used grain from one of our favorite partners @proximity.malt down in Laurel, DE.
