Welcome to the land of the long white cloud. This cold IPA is heavily hopped with New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops (whole cone!) and rounded out with a small batch of Nectaron. We get overwhelming aromas of dank pine sap along with a nudge of fuzzy peaches and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The lager yeast, rice, and maize creates a bitingly crisp backbone and leaves a mildly dry palette.
