Distinctive notes of graham cracker and chocolate pair with a nuanced backbone of dark-baked sweet bread in this often overlooked style. This one is a bit less dark than the modern porter with a deep brownish-ruby complexion (instead of pure black) and just a light note of roasted coffee.
