As the winter solstice approaches, the Path of the Sun lays low in the sky; the tilted earth soon begins its inexorable revolution back to long days and summer songs. Until then, we embrace the beauty of winter. Forged over 5 months in bourbon whiskey barrels. This supremely rich imperial stout was irresponsibly imbibed with decadent cinnamon rolls and toasted pecans during fermentation. A blend of flavors reminiscent of smokey chocolate dough and dark roast coffee yields a massively complex and boozy winter stout.
