Shelter In Space
Autumn Arch Beer Project

We are very excited to announce the release of our first bottled-conditioned sour beer - Shelter in Space.

This barrel aged sour beer was patiently fermented in an oak puncheon with a saison and brettanomyces yeast culture and then gently transferred to red wine barrels for nine months of aging.

Blackcurrant and strawberries were added to the barrels last fall to give a deeply rich and complex fruit profile with notes of raisin and oak.

Shelter in Space pairs well with backyard BBQs, lawn games, rom-coms, and quarantines.
