Tasted at the brewery on June 6th, 2014
Describe on the menu as "We took the Galaxy base beer and use(sic) experimental hops for a mild pale ale with a hint of apricot aroma".
Clear pale amber, small head with medium bubbles.
Earthy, resinous, and slightly piney hops and a hint of malt on the nose.
Good mouth feel, could use slightly more carbonation.
Well balanced malt character. Slight hop bitterness, but a good amount of flavor from some slightly funky, resinous hop varietal.
Pleasant- I would order again.
