On tap at Spokeasy Public House
A: Pours deep ruby brown with a creamy tan head that settles and laces well.
S: Bourbon, vanilla, dark sugar, toffee and molasses, and a hint of dark fruit.
T: Dark sugar, molasses and toffee, bourbon, a little vanilla, a touch of dark fruit, and maybe a bit of roasted malt and coffee on the finish.
M: Medium to heavy body, moderate carbonation, quite smooth.
O: Rich and sweet up front, but well balanced on the back end to keep it from being cloying. Really good stuff.
