Brown in color, we used orange, lemon, and grapefruit peels along with a hint of cinnamon to make a beer fruitcake.

On tap at Dust Bowl Brewing Co
A: Pours slightly hazy dark rusty brown with a frothy khaki head that settles to a light layer and laces very well.
S: Toasty bready malt, nice spice note, mild citrus and pine, and some toffee sweetness.
T: Toasty malt, cinnamon, citrus zest, grapefruit and orange, a little pine, and some toffee sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, could stand to be a little fuller.
O: A very enjoyable and well put together Christmas beer.
