On tap at Dust Bowl Brewing Co
A: Pours rich brown with a ruby tinge and a frothy khaki head that settles to a thin layer and laces lightly.
S: Sweet raspberry, toasty malt, faint coffee, chocolate, coffee, and vanilla, and a little toffee sweetness.
T: Toasty bready malt, hints of chocolate and coffee, slightly tart raspberry, toffee sweetness, and a little subtle vanilla.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Finally, a raspberry beer with something to it other than just overwhelming raspberry juice!
