Pours a semi-transparent amber color with a small head. Nose of beery malt. Taste is semi-sweet malt with a pleasant bit of hops on the backend to balance it out. Medium body and medium carbonation.
It's a clean, drinkable, balanced, malt forward amber. They could've hopped it more and gone for a hoppy red, but it is just fine in it's current form.

12 ox bottle in a small glass.
Look: if you didn't know this was a lager, you would think it was a pale ale, probably the darkest lager I've tasted.
Smell: Take one sniff, it's a lager. Nice and fruity, with a hint of malt.
Taste: Again, the lager taste comes through loud and clear, but has a definite malty undertone. Sweet after-taste.
Mouthfeel: If you like your lagers, this may feel a bit heavy, but for someone like me who enjoys IPAs and brown ales, very nice.
Overall: I've always struggled to find a decent lager, but I have to say this one is a bit special. Has the look and feel of a pale ale, but the taste of a decent lager. Will definitely give it another shot!

Malty, Crackery, Herbal, Clean
Dark amber with ruby-brown hues and a thin head. A toasty, malty aroma carries through into the flavor with bread crusts, light caramel, a soft roastiness and a slightly spicy herbal note that lingers into the dry, crackery finish. The body is light, clean, and crisp. Taco Truck Amber Lager is a maltier upgrade from Taco Truck Lager and offers the palate more malts, but retains its sibling’s balance and ease of drinkability. But I’m still waiting on those tacos.

A reddish copper color with some amber hues. The head is off white and the retention is poor.
N: The Vienna malt is noticeable, with some caramel, toasted notes, bready,
T: A floral, caramel, toasted notes, bready, and yeast.
O: This beer is was all over the board for me. the flavors were not harmonized, it often came off bitter, or watery. I did not care for this at all.
