On tap at Dust Bowl Brewing Co
A: Pours deep golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a nice layer and laces well.
S: Tropical fruit and citrus, biscuity malt, and some caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus, lemon, grapefruit, and orange, soft tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, and a little passion fruit, light biscuity malt, and a bit of caramel sweetness.
M: Light to medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: The mango addition is fairly subtle and the 25 IBUs feel a few short of really showing off what Galaxy hops can do. Stil, it's a solid pale ale with the potential to be even better.
