A: Moderately-light grapefruit zest, faint salt and a light tartness.
A: Golden color, totally clear, with a moderately thin, mostly uniform white head that has adequate retention before dissipating into the glass, light lacing in the glass.
T: Moderate wheat graininess upfront, with a light grapefruit flavor, light tartness and faint saltiness.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Alright; the beer shows too much wheat grain upfront and overpowers the grapefruit zest. The beer could use a slight amount of additional salt as well.
