A: Bright gold color, totally clear, moderate uniform white head that has adequate retention before dissipating into the glass.
T: Moderate peach and light apricot flavors, followed by a lightly sharp and moderate sourness that lasts through the finish.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderately high carbonation with moderate acidity.
O: Solid; the beer has a solid peach and apricot aroma and flavor, but the beer is a little too acidic and the lacto sourness is just a touch incomplete.
