For this change of pace brew we used Two-Row Pale and Vienna malts along with Cascade, Amarillo and Mosaic hops. Together they combine to create a clean, dry finishing, refreshing IPA with juicy notes of tropical and citrus. Cheers to the first Change Order you can actually get excited about!

Nice clean crisp IPA. It doesn't have any insane citrus juicy IPA character, but it very easy to drink especially for a beer that rings in at 7%. Aroma has some citrus/pine. Color is a light caramel. Head dissipated pretty quickly. But the beer maintains a nice crisp character without overwhelming sweetness. A nice summer IPA.
