Can poured into a Dust Bowl Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves some
S: Ripe tropical and stone fruit, juicy citrus, faint melon, spicy herbal notes, biscuity malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
T: Soft tropical fruit, mango, passion fruit, peach, apricot, and faint of papaya and melon, spicy herbal notes, citrus, orange and lemon lime, super subtle hints of coconut, biscuity malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
M: Just a bit on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, pretty easy drinking for a double.
O: I'd say this one falls somewhere between the "juicy" and NE styles. It's probably the first Cashmere hopped beer I've had where the coconut notes that hop can throw have been held in check. Solid!
