This is a tropical twist on Hops of Wrath. We fermented with a new yeast strain that takes the Cascade hops in this brew and changes their aroma to that of passionfruit.

On tap at Dust Bowl Brewing Co
A: Pours crystal clear golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces very nicely.
S: Punchy tropical and stone fruit, citrus, resinous pine, floral, biscuity bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous, grapefruit, pine, a touch of tangerine, floral notes, underlying tropical and stone fruit that comes out as it warms, pineapple, peach, apricot, and passion fruit, biscuity bready malt, and a dry finish.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Grew on me as the fruity side came out. Really solid Westy.
