We used a special yeast strain to release passionfruit aromas from the Cascade hops in this brew. Simcoe adds more passionfruit and we add a pineapple aroma from Sultana hops.

A: Pours copper amber with frothy pale tan head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Tropical, stone fruit, red berries, citrus resinous pine, toasty bready malt, and caramel toffee sweetness.
T: Quick hit of resinous pine and grapefruit, followed by big tropical, citrus, and stone fruit, mango, peach, apricot, passion fruit, orange, pineapple, red berries, cherry, and plum, toasty bready malt, and caramel toffee sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: I'm a sucker for a good red IPA so this hits the spot.
