A faceful of American and New Zealand hops make this a drink worthy of a conversation. You don't have to confess your sins, but the Amarillo, Columbus, Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron are there to listen.

Yet another beer poured into a 2003 Dwayne Wade Marquette Final Four jersey pint glass. Must have been basketball season when I had this. Dark gold in color, 3/5" white head on top. I would also like to note my can says 9% abv, not 8.7%.

Aroma has a light dusting of Nelson's diesel. The commercial tug job here at this Next Glass owned website doesn't mention Nelson, but the more popular Next Glass website, Untappd does. I believe based on my sampling, it does have Nelson.

Similar to their triple ipa (Therapist) this has a certain sweetness to it, not like pastry levels, but more than your average dipa. Plenty of bitterness in the mouthfeel, light layers of grapefruit, nectarine, tangerine, pine and white grape. Its dank light. Hides the alcohol pretty good at 9%. Only a light woody or nutty angle to it on the back end. It might come in slightly heavier malt bill wise, but the hops cut through enough to keep the mouthfeel decently airy and light enough. This Liquid Confessional could help you find your mind.
