Draft pour into a goblet
A: golden honey color with 1 cm of off-white foam that disapates quickly. Fine lacing.
S: delightful malty, yeasty aroma with floral notes that strengthens as it warms up.
T: malt and yeast, well-balanced, a little sweet, rich flavor, slight bitterness, with an herbal finish.
M: I’m not good at assessing mouth feel. Kind of buttery.
O: outstanding, the aroma and flavor are rich and very enjoyable. I think this is a one-off batch marking their 10 yr anniversary.
