Pale lemony yellow in the pint shaker. Plenty of head and adequate prickly carbonation. Light body with a faintly oily mouthfeel.
The tasty resiny flavor, whatever that hop is, it's a winner. Pleasantly bitter with a mellow rather than crisp profile. Long nose of flowery hops. Big biscuit flavor, browned and bitterish. A fine, highly drinkable quaff with a distinctive flavor for a sunny day on the deck.
