A: Pours a murky opaque purplish-red in color with light to moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and faint purple + garnet red + maroon colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy very pale pink head that slowly reduces to a couple of small to medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the majority of the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of slightly sweet, slightly tart fresh raspberries over the top of slightly sour wheat malts with minimal amounts of sweetness and light amounts of tart lacto lemon citrus. Very light aromas of brininess and spice/coriander.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of slightly sour wheat malts with minimal amounts of sweetness and light amounts of tart lacto lemon citrus. That is followed by light flavors of brininess and spice/coriander. Finally there is a slightly stronger than moderate flavor of slightly sweet, slightly tart fresh raspberries. No perceptible hop presence and minimal bitterness but there is a lingering tart raspberry flavor in the finish.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a really nice combination of raspberry + lacto tartness. Refreshing. Very nice sweet/tart raspberry and just enough brininess.

A: The beer is very hazy light purple in color. It poured with a half finger high pink head that died down but never completely faded away and left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of raspberry purée are present in the nose.
T: The taste is a bit sour and has flavors of raspberry purée along with hints of saltiness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and is quite refreshing as it isn't that sour and has some tartness in the mouthfeel.
