Pumpkin Roll Tart Deco is a full-bodied sipper brewed with pumpkin, milk sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. This beer has an intense citrusy nose, with flavors of sweet, candied grapefruit and tangering. The additions of milk sugar give Pumpkin Roll a sweet, full feeling on the palate and long finish. Pumpkin Roll is a pale golden orange in color. This beer is not the malty, overly spiced pumpkin beers you've had in the past - it's a whole new take on Sour IPAs!

A: The beer is a little hazy dark golden yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving some patches of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of sour pumpkins are present in the nose along with notes of cinnamon.
T: The taste follows the smell and starts off with flavors of sour pumpkins with hints of cinnamon. The finish has contrasting notes of milk sugar and vanilla along with some lingering cinnamon.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this beer to be interesting as it is part pumpkin ale/sour/milkshake IPA and all fo these styles mesh well together.
