Our first Double IPA, this beer is very hazy and full of tropical aromas & flavors thanks to triple dry hopping. A blend of malt, wheat, and oats plus milk sugar creates a big silky texture with a long finish. We get candied orange notes with ripe papaya and Lucky Charms.

Hops: Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe

A: The beer is quite hazy yellow in color. It poured with a finger frothy high white head that left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass and a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of papaya and grapefruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of papayas and orange citrus. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: With the use of oats, this Imperial IPA seems to be a lot easier to drink compared to other beers in the style as it is a lot lighter in body.
