Berry Cherry Crush Gose

Pours an opaque plum purple, robust 2" cherry head that reduces quickly to a thick ring, no lacing, lots of carbonation breaking the surface. Nose is raspberry forward, slightly musty, slightly sour; brackish sea water as it warms. Taste follows, with more fruit elements than more sour gose notes; there's a bit of grain on the finish, but not very pronounced. Feel is rather thick, but still a few steps away from "smoothy level." It's a 2021 gose in that it's fruity and a little heavy, but it doesn't go too overboard in hitting those marks.
