Pours from the can near pitch black (though bits of light come in through the edges) with a 0.5" light, tan head that fades in a few minutes; little lacing. Nose is roasted barley, brackish water, and a touch of malt. Aroma is subtle but clean. Taste is more saline than roasted or sweet; there is something suggestive of an actual oyster here. Roasted barley character does come through towards the finish, though it remains light. Mouthfeel is on the light side medium, but adequate viscosity; wouldn't mind the carbonation coming across a little softer. Overall, a nice one to have in the rotation.
