This gentle sour only has a zip of tartness. Built on a wheat base and mild enough to let the plum fruit flavors shine through for a very refreshing experience.

Pours down out of 64oz growler same day as from tap. Opaque amber / apricot / plumb color. Tart in the mouth a bit thin but very drinkable. Decent head retention. Could pound this stuff on a nice summer day.
