We amp our IPA up to 11 with this DIPA recipe- A Hazy, NE-Style DIPA incorporating rolled oats and aromatic malts to form the backbone of an 7.8% ABV barn-wrecker of a beer, with unrestrained hop character and deceptively smooth finish! Hop flavors of ripe Cantaloupe, Passionfruit, and Nectarines over a pillowy, full-bodied malt character.

Draft: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of citrusy notes with some juicy hops undertones and light tropical undertones. Taste is also a mix of juicy hops undertone with some citrusy notes and light bitter finish. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Good but doesn’t have the juicy explosiveness that I am looking for in the style.

Solid beer and one of their original lineup. This place and it's owners/staff are all awesome, so I hope they continue to craft an excellent selection of brews. Pretty standard NEDIPA - slightly hazy, good juicy aroma and flavor, fairly clean finish. Could drink several and enjoy.

Everyone knows how much 1009 loves a good NEIPA, which makes this Lake Cruiser DIPA a fantastic candidate for our first full-team drink and reviewing experience where all three of us could sip back on the humid June evening. Wow, was this thing delicious — mango, pineapple, the works all gathered into a hazed appearance and satisfying mouthfeel. Though we were about 100 miles south, it took us right back to the Lake on which we are (booze) cruising. Twin Barns in Merideth, NH is a great operation run by some great people, so we’re going to be sure to give the rest of their lineup (and some great food) a try as dining reopens in the Granite State.

Hazy. Pineapple and mango notes. Solid. Call it a NEIPA because that's what it is.
