Poured into a narrow imperial pint glass: color is straw gold, slight haze, head is off to brighter white with fine bubbles, head lingers well with solid top and lacing on the glass side.
Smell is light base malt, touch of sweetness, mixed biscuit and touch of caramel, light earth and grass and citric pith.
Taste is very similar with forward base malt, light sweetness from added malt with biscuit/caramel/toast notes, light earth and citric pith.
Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness.
Overall - super drinkable and a classic styled hop and malt profile for a 'pale ale'.
