My first Curvature experience. Batch 2 at the brewery while picking up the latest release. Wonderful in all the ways a great pastry stout should be. Chocolately but not like ‘18 Prop. Sweeter than that. Could use more on the nose too. I’d love to try a barrel aged version of this. I hope they release more of these in 8oz bottles someday as I am tired of bombers where I need 3 people to finish it. Worth seeking out though.

If this one is from 8/24/19, this is about five months old. Other than the yeast loogies floating on top of the beer, this is excellent. Rich, thick, big flavor bomb. It’s like a hundred chocolate bars at once.

Wow this is a Shaun home run! Perfectly chocolatey and bitter, like the best liquid dark chocolate you've ever had. Maybe a tad too sweet on the front but otherwise I have zero comments other than loud and ecstatic praise. Amazing !!!!

Released 8/24/19; drank the same day (!) @ the Yarchives.
Silky, luxurious mouthfeel with waves of chocolate, dark and light, washing over your tongue. Peanut butter & cream notes emerged as it warmed.
This was a real treat.
