Poured into Phase Three glass. Pale yellow/orange. Thick fluffy head and long lasting lacing. String hoppy citrus smell with notes of orange, lemon, grapefruit. Taste is much more subtle with those flavors than the smell would indicate. Mostly sweet, a little hop bitterness on the back end. Mouth watering, mouth filling, medium body, mild alcohol presence. Good example of the style-big hop presence but not overwhelming.

Hazy yellow with a fluffy white head that settles into a collar with speckled lacing. I don't think I will ever tire of smell citra and simcoe in hazy ipas, wonderful and brusting forth with pineapple, peach, clementine, lime, slight raspberry, pineapple, banana, and grass, very expressive. Taste hits the hops hard and then lets them fade slowly through the sip, with the ripe fruit following up, but the booze and yeast do leak once the beer warms up on some sips, holding back the beer from being truly great. Feel is a little thinner but still in the prototypical range, good hop textures and creaminess.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on September 6, 2019. A double IPA brewed with Citra and Simcoe hops. Notes of citrus, berry, stone fruit, tropical fruit and dank hops.

Released 9/5/19; drank 9/6/19 @ the Yarchives.

Opaque dull yellow/orange appearance.

A rough pour yielded a nice eggshell head; thick, frothy tree-rung lace.

Orange citrus, peanut butter & mild dry grass notes in the nose.

Creamy, medium mouthfeel.

Orange citrus & cream flavors up front; mild peanut butter & faint try grass notes on the finish.

A bit "heavier" than I like in the style, but this was decent.
