Our imperial stout brewed with layers of caramel malts, black malts, and roasted barley fermented to 12% then treated with marshmallow, cocoa nibs, and graham cracker. Take this to the bonfire and enjoy a liquid s’more next to your real s’more.

Slick and silky black with a creamy dark tan head.

A few beers after a lesser version of similar inspiration, this again gives Swiss Miss and s'mores vibes, but this time a little more viscous and mature than the last, as Phase Three has proven to be adept at.

Still, I think I prefer their Kentucky Hugs over these more absurdist takes.

Loads of coconut throughout; bitter & toasty on the nose balanced w/ chocolate & coconut macaroons on the palate. Touch of roasty sweetness on the backend. Very solid; dangerously smooth.

12oz. Can into a BBT snifter.

Pours pitch black. 9.5 finger mocha head that collapses. Spotty and stringy lace. Thin legs, super oily. Nose is peanut butter, sweet cream, hazelnut, and cocoa powder. Somehow chewy and super rich. Peanut butter, hazelnut, and cocoa powder up front. Lactose, chocolate, and more cocoa in the middle. Nutty. End is light coffee and chocolate. Same aftertaste. Body is full with low carbonation. Slick, full, and smooth on the palate. Filmy aftertaste that sticks around.

This is excellent.

My brother in law picked this up for me. Glad he did. Very tasty strong blend between cinnamon and coconut. Tangy sweetness. Only issue is it’s a little sticky. Strong booze presence. Excellent,

Released 2/22/20; drank 4/3/20 @ the Yarchives.

Midnight black appearance.

An even pour yielded a nice dark tan head; a thick curtain of tree-rung lace.

Marshmallow, milk chocolate & light graham cracker notes in the nose.

A creamy mouthfeel that is both thick and velvet-y; stunning.

Rich vanilla, rich milk chocolate & faint graham cracker flavors; no booze heat.

Dessert heaven; this was drank during solo quarantine, but is probably best enjoyed with others. Delicious.
