Hit with 2x the Citra and 2x the Simcoe. We get strong aromas of tropical fruit and orange juice. We brewed it with a ton of malted oats and some milk sugar for some sweetness to add to the juicy profile.

Turbid and thick yellow haze with a huge white collar. Orange, papaya, melon rind, grapefruit zest, and super dank hop aromas, very full but airy. Pithy grapefruit leads in the taste, melon, papaya, melon and zesty hops taste, though slightly medicinal and sweet in the aftertaste, holding the beer back from true greatness. Feel is sweet then super hoppy but not very dry for DHH treatment, very bright and sharp lasting on the palate however.

Pours a mix of grapefruit and orange juice. Has a one Dash finger, fluffy, white head.
A nice, juicy Citra smell with milk sugar.
Taste of melon, mangoe, pineapple. Good bitterness and some dank. Just a little garlic and onion I like in a Double. Very slight pepper spice, more on finish. T
Bigger mouthfeel with pillow softness. The lactose, milk sugar and oats perform well.

Released 6/3/20; drank 6/6/20 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque orange/yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice white head; frothy lace.
Dry grass, cream, dry grapefruit & mild oat notes in the nose.
Medium thick, creamy mouthfeel.
Dry grass, tangy grapefruit, cream & mild oat flavors. Missing the boat here on the milkshake style; this is tangy & dry, overpowering the sweeter elements.
I think they should retire the series, since they make so many better beers.

This is part of Phase Three Creme series. Made with Citra and Simcoe hops. There is a lot of tropical fruit in the smell. The taste was a touch tart from some grapefruit but there was a lot of sweetness after. Very smooth and creamy.
