Phase Three shows they can do West coast style as good as they do New England style. This has a healthy balance of juiciness and bitterness. Nice brown/orange hues, malty and hoppy scents, and, as mentioned, taste that’s juicy and bitter at the same time. Easy sipper, mouth watering, clean, and again, a very good example of a WCIPA that shows these guys’ versatility.

I liked this one. It was kind of a throw back. This one seemed to be more malt forward than most pale ales these days. It was piney and earthy and had a grassy finished. It had a nice bitterness to it at the end.
