IPA brewed with milk sugar, dry hopped with galaxy, with mango puree added and hit with vanilla. Creamy and tropical with a subtle vanilla sweetness and just enough bitterness to remind you of it’s IPA roots.

I’ve given up on milkshake IPAs, but when Phase Three says “mango”, I say “pour one please.” I think the fruit flavor really is the star of this one, and letting it age a bit probably brought down some of the sweetness (while also unfortunately bringing down a bit of the hop profile). Enjoyable, and I’d try it again in warmer times.

Hazy yellow with a pearl white head. Mango, vanilla, table sugar, and very light floral hops. Taste stays decently light with the hops and sugar up front before the vanilla cools it all down with mango fruit finishing in an artful way. Feel is light, creamy, refreshing, and overall fits the profile of a lighthearted summer dessert. The wife liked it

Released 7/8/20; drank 7/10/20 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a bright white head; bubbly, frothy lace.
Mango, vanilla & mild orange peel notes in the nose.
Medium thick, creamy mouthfeel.
Mango, cream & oat flavors; mild orange peel notes on the finish.
Really mango forward, but this doesn't quite coalesce into a fantastic beer to me. Drinkable, but less than the sum of its parts.
