Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and citrus, tropical hops, with notes of papaya and grapefruit. Taste is a great balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly grassy hops, with citrus and tropical notes of grapefruit, lime peel, mango and papaya. Finishes with a light bitterness and some grapefruit and papaya lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

This makes for a quite juicy, but fairly one-dimensional fruit punch NEIPA with some vibrant, but not quite that expressive citrus and tropical hops. Maybe this just suffers in comparison to the fantastic NEIPA I had from Finback just before, but while rather nice, it doesn't feel particularly special to me, although I'm not such a great fan of these fruit punch NEIPAs in general. Overall, it's a fine example of the style that's a bit too generic for my personal taste though.

16 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Canned 5/31/23, had 6/28/23.

Pours a hazy orange yellow, with a one and a half inch head of creamy foam and some foamy lacing. Aromas of pineapple, some mango and lime, some orange and grapefruit, light malt. Smells a little herbal and floral. Flavors of grapefruit, some pineapple and orange, light mango and lime, pine, general citrus, malt, some hop bitterness. Tastes a bit herbal. Smooth, a little dry, a very good lighter body, well carbonated.

Lots of citrus, and the hop bitterness is a nice contrast to that. An all around solid beer. For no specific reasons, I just like this one.
