16 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Canned 2/22/21, had 3/18/21.
Pours a hazy brownish yellow, with a one and a half inch head of creamy foam and a good amount of foamy lacing. Good retention. Aromas of pineapple, some orange, some melon, light pine, light milk sugar and malt. Smells a little dank. Flavors of pineapple, milk sugar, malt, some orange and melon, light grapefruit, light pine. Has a light floral taste and it’s a little dank at first, more as it warms. Smooth, creamy, a solid light to medium body, well carbonated.
Lots of good aromas and flavors, but they’re a little more delicate than in the other couple of Double Creme’s I’ve had. Still, this is really good and very enjoyable.

Served from the can in a Mickey Finn's shaker pint glass.
Another month (it seems), another Crème. Not gonna complain. This version pours a very hazy sunrise amber-orange topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises orange zest, melon, lemon zest, mild pine resin, light honey, and a twinge of ruby red grapefruit zest. The taste holds notes of orange zest, light peach, sweet flowers, light powdered sugar (P3 yeast!), and mild pine. The body is a light-leaning medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. Overall, a very nice Crème edition, one of the more complex versions yet.
