Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo hops play on a soft pillowy bed of oats and a touch of wheat for an incredibly balanced and drinkable Triple IPA.

Served from the can in a Mickey Finn's shaker pint glass.
Wouldn't that cause a stroke or something? Regardless, this stuff pours a cloudy Sunny Delight topped by a finger of dirty white foam. The nose comprises mild pineapple, orange zest, grapefruit zest, light flowers, and a kiss of passionfruit. The taste brings in more of the same, along with that P3 yeast's powdered sugar-ish character and a touch of mild booze for good measure. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. Overall, a rather nice TIPA, one that's surprisingly drinkable for the relatively high ABV.
