Canned 2/28/24 (2 weeks ago)
Appearance: Pours a completely clouded light pale yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 5-7. (4.25)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange, some green citrus, berries, papaya and melon. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of orange, tangerine, some smooth, green berries and melon. Tropical tangerine, lingers off the end. (4.00)

Compared to Phase Three DDH Unused PTO 3/2024: Pours lighter, similra head. Stronger aromas. More tangerine, lime, tropical melon/berry flavors. Less bright grapefruit and white grape notes. More tropical, but think Unused PTO is better.
Compared to Hop Butcher Mirror Ball 3/2024: Pours ligher. Milder aromas. Less tropical honeydew melon, pineapple, berries. More tangerine, clean orange and lime citrus. Drier with less flavor.
Compared to Hop Butcher Blazed Green Relish 4/2024: Pours similar, milder aromas. More tropical orange, melon, lime. Less green citrus, guava, lime, pineapple, coconut. More smooth.
Compared to Hop Butcher Presto-Change-O 4/2024: Pours lighter, identical aromas. More orange, tangerine, mango. Less sweet OJ, pineapple, melon, berries. Drier and cleaner.
Compared to Toppling Goliath Sosus 3/25: Pours hazier, stronger aromas. More orange, tangelo, lime. Less dank berries and pine.
to Phase Three Be Cappy 3/25: Less orange, yuzu, citrus zest. More tropical lime, melon, mango.
to Phase Three Unchecked Imagination 4/25: Pours darker, similar aromas. Less tropical melon and green lime. More grapefruit and lime zest. Less tropical and more citrusy and clean.
to Phase Three Six! 5/25: Less grapefruit, pineapple, peach zest. More tropical lime and green melon.
to Phase Three Chrome 4/25: Pours identical, milder aromas. Less smooth tropical green melon and lime. More citrus and grapefruit. Similar.
to Angry Chair Tampa Native 4/25: Pours lighter. Midler aromas. More tropical lime, tangerine, earth. Less sweet orange, citrus flower, pineapple, mango. Winner: Angry Chair
to Phase Three Magnetic 5/25: Pours identical. Milder aromas. Less phenolic white grape, grapefruit. More sweet lime, green melon, pineapple.
Winner: Has a lot of orange and tangerine from the Citra and Amarillo. Then a little bit of lime and green melon/berry notes from the Motueka. I'm not a huge Amarillo fan, but I think the Motueka adds some nice green tropical flavors in this one. Pretty darn good. (Rating: 4.07+)

16oz can, dated 05.10.2021, poured into a stemless wine glass.
The beer pours a cloudy and turbid golden color, orange and lemon hues with a fluffy and foamy white head, moderate height and good retention, fine lacing. The aroma is pleasant, dank and grassy hop lead the way, green, raw, and earthy yield to a more tropical and bright juiciness, tangy and crisp with moderate bitterness, lightly floral with a healthy dose of sweet yeast and pale grain. The flavors are nice, juicy, bright, and tropical fruits lead the way, valencia orange, pineapple, peach bring out a nice floral character, sweet yeast, pale dough while the back end is more bitter, green, raw and earthy and finishes with crisp mineral water. The mouthfeel is good, coating and lively medium body, a bit heavy but very smooth with a lightly dry finish.
Verdict: A nice NEIPA from Phase Three. Perhaps a bit more blunt and less rounded than the base version, the double dry hopping really adds a hop punch to this beer.
