16 ounce can into a weizen glass. Canned 7/16/21, had 8/11/21.
Pours a hazy, yellow amber, with a two inch plus foamy head and foamy lacing. Active carbonation. Aromas of wheat, yeast, spices- notably cloves and coriander, light caramel, an herbal aroma. Flavors of cloves, coriander, wheat, malt- a little lighter than usual for the style, some yeast, other spices, some caramel, a somewhat herbal flavor. Smooth, a good but thinner for the style body, appropriately carbonated.
A solid hefeweizen, pretty traditional, but the mouthfeel isn’t as full bodied and seems a touch watery. Like the strong spices and wheat. Very enjoyable.

Opaque copper, bronze pour with white head and lacing. Sweet bready aromas. Taste is bread and some nuttiness. Leans more bitter than then the nose would indicate. Has a lighter mouthfeel. Solid beer.
