Double IPA redesigned to drink like some of our favorite hazies from the North East. Slightly dryer, carbonated higher, and packed with Citra, Mosaic and Sabro hops.

Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (5% clarity) medium and dusky golden color with a mild white head. SRM of 7. (3.75)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange and grapefruit citrus, pineapple, zest, some citrus flour, some hints of tropical notes underneath. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of grapefruit citrus, orange citrus, pineapple zest. Some citrus flower underneath. Some hints of green melon and coconut. Tropical notes hidden underneath. Finishes zesty and citrus with a floral and piney bite. (4.50)
Feel: Medium body, strong, carbonation, a hoppy and cleansing bite off the finish. Balanced and clean. (4.25)
Compared to Hop Butcher The Jewels 10/2023: Pours darker milder head. Milder aromas. More citrus and pineapple zest. Less milky pineapple and smooth green melon. More of a bite.
Compared to Phase Three DDH Syncrophaser 11/2023: Pours darker, milder head. Stronger aromas. More orange flower and citrusy notes. Less tropical orange, pineapple, and melon. More citrusy, floral, and clean. Winner: Tonal Range
Compared to BlackStack Strictly Business 11/2023: Pours darker, stronger head. More orange citrus, orange flower, mango notes. Less sweet and juicy orange, sweet grape, tropical melon. More rounded and less juicy/ zesty. Dryer.
to Toppling Goliath Cage's Castles 11/2023: Pours darker, similar head. Milder aromas. More orange flesh, tropical pineapple and melon. Less juicy orange, lemon, flower, and zest.
to Phase Three DDH Cloud Street 11/2023: Pours lighter, brighter, Stronger aromas. More orange flower, zesty pineapple, green pine and melon. Less orange flesh, apricot, pear. Dryer and brighter. Winner: Tonal Range
to Phase Three Doggone Delish 12/2023: Pours similar, milder head. Similar aromas and flavors. Slightly more juicy pineapple. Less white grapefruit and white grape and vinous notes. Slightly sweeter. Similar.
Overall: Some standard Citra, Mosaic, with the addition of Sabro. Pretty classic flavors with the addition of some sticky pineapple. Not getting much Coconut so the Sabro is fairly subtle. It's also under two weeks fresh, so the flavors should evolve a bit over the next few weeks. It could be very good and should improve as it warms. (Rating: 4.01)
As this one evolves I'm getting a fantastic citrus flower flavor. Great balance of hop flavors and drinkability. This is becoming really good (Updated rating: 4.31)
