A good tasting, fruity, mildly bitter Imperial IPA. Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass, this beer is a hazy straw-yellow color with a medium sized foamy white head. Headretention is better than average and there is a filmy coating on the sides of the glass. Aroma is slightly aromatic and the aroma and taste feature the fruit aspects of the hops - lemon, melon and pineapple. the taste allows all the fruit flavors to shine with somewhat mild bitterness. Mouthfeel is rich and crisp. No alcohol presence from the 8.0% abv. With mild bitterness and a soft fruity flavor, it goes down very easy. Enjoyable Imperial IPA!!!
